Our client located in Burnaby is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team.
This position is with an international company, offers competitive pay ranges for qualified Applicants.
They will be responsible for:
Consistently work with the Customer Service team and the entire organization to track, solve, and innovate processes and procedures to provide best-in-class Customer Service
Ensure through team efforts that call quality, productivity, and perfect order metrics are achieved
Responding to a high volume of Customer phone calls and emails, addressing all inquiries, processing and tracking orders.
Requirements for the position:
2 years of CSR experience
Intermediate MS office
2 years of data entry/scheduling experience
