.Position Purpose: This position will lead and manage our branch at Cache Creek reporting directly to the Branch Manager of the 100 Mile House branch. The incumbent will contribute to the success of the unit both through their own sales activities directly with clients and by managing the small team to optimize sales and service effectiveness making the most of each client interaction. Together with their team, the Manager will deliver a superior client experience with a focus on bringing the RBC advice promise to life with clients. This role will appeal to individuals who have a strong client and sales mindset, are comfortable with flexibility and adaptability in the workplace and interested in managing a team. Key Accountabilities: Lead and manage the team to deliver superior client experience, sales and service effectiveness, and profitable business growth.Provide ongoing coaching and development to staff, ensuring a high level of employee capability and engagement through focused sales management practices.When selling directly with clients, deliver the full suite of RBC product and service solutions with a focus on high value clients with more complex advice needs.Build relationships with internal and external partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities.Partner with the Branch Manager to ensure operational effectiveness of the branch and maximize the performance of the team.Manage team schedules to meet needs of clients across all hours and days of business. Knowledge/Experience: Experience:Minimum of three years experience as an RBC Sales Professional (Account Manager at the Expert or Senior Proficiency level)Experience taking on a leadership role and acting as a mentor to Service or Sales ProfessionalsProven success delivering advice to clients resulting in strong client relationships and superior sales resultsExperience in a role which performs service activities in a branchMust have a minimum of 2 years licensed mutual fund sales experience in the last three years
