The City of Campbell River has an opportunity for a qualified, team oriented individual to join our Information Technology Department as a full time Client Support Analyst.
Working with a highly skilled group of IT professionals and under the direction of the Senior Client Support Analyst, the incumbent provides technology support and problem resolution services to the organization.
In order to be successful in this role you must:
have completed a two (2) year accredited technical diploma;
hold A+ Certification;
possess a valid BC driver’s license;
have the ability to pass and maintain an RCMP Secret Level security screening; and
have a minimum of three (3) years of related experience in a client support role, preferably in a municipal or police environment, within the last five (5) years.
The ideal candidate will also hold a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification (2010 or higher)
The current rate of pay for this CUPE bargaining unit position is $27.59 working a 35-hour work week. As an employee of the City of Campbell River you will also enjoy a generous benefit plan and enrolment into the Municipal Pension Plan.
