Overview of job:
Ideal candidate will be experienced in business to business sales, and be well connected with potential customers throughout northern BC.
Must be well organized highly motivated self-starter capable of working on their own.
In addition to maintaining and servicing existing customers, candidate must be proficient in searching out & securing new business.
Travel will be required. As the sole representative in the territory, flexibility, and a willingness to do whatever is necessary to get the job done, and the customer looked after, is paramount.
Manage sales throughout northern BC channels
Develop and execute long and short-term customer growth strategies & plans
Maintain and manage a territory within northern BC
Raise our market position through warehouse relations, personal selling, programming, and support sales administration through planning and implementation.
Sustain overall budget and expense expectations in-line with annual strategy
Previous sales experience with a track record
Strong organizational and priority management skills
Ability to support the sales and marketing strategic direction and execute/follow up supporting plans
Previous sales experience within filter/equipment industry
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and employees across all departments
Current driving licence
3 weeks’ vacation
