Off-Road Driving Opportunities – Attractive Compensation Package including Accommodation and Benefits Lomak Bulk Carriers has been providing innovative transportation solutions to Western Canada’s forestry and mining industries for over forty years. We have terminals in Grande Prairie, Tumbler Ridge, Campbell River and Mackenzie, as well as our terminal and head office in Prince George. Lomak’s Tumbler Ridge Employees have long term employment prospects due to a recently signed contract with a world class coal producer. They also enjoy modern equipment including Western Star and 2014 Volvo Off-Highway Tractors. Drivers currently work 12 hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rotation. Rotations alternate between day shift (6 am till 6 pm) and night shift (6 pm till 6 am A 6 on / 6 off rotation has been added to accommodate employees who are looking for greater work/life balance. Employees are provided an attractive compensation package including benefits and a retirement plan. In addition, employees are provided accommodation free of charge while on rotation. We are looking for drivers to join the Tumbler Ridge Team If the above information sounds attractive to you and you have a minimum 3 years’ class 1 driving experience, we want to talk with you. You will require 2 years accident free driving; demerit points cannot exceed 6 points in last 3 years. Off highway experience is an asset while a positive attitude and ability to be a valuable member of a high performing team is mandatory.
